Job Title: Manufacturing Head

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned leader to drive end-to-end production excellence and champion employee-centric leadership across the plant.

• To lead operational improvements, ensure manufacturing operations align with strategic directions and priorities.
• To maintain product quality through robust quality systems establishment and review.
• To monitor costs and ensure compliance to regulatory standards.
• To benchmark and introduce innovative manufacturing practices and systems.
• To develop and implement IR strategies.
• To manage OH budgets within approved limits.
• To execute NPDs as per Marketing briefs within existing resources.
• To coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for smooth Operations Management.
• To analyze and approve production plans formulated by the Production Planning Manager.
• To evaluate operating results of the unit and direct corrective action where required.
