  • Create reports and analyses of the CMDB as requested.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A technical background with experience in IT technologies and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated skills in IT hardware and software setup, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with configuration management tools and build automation software.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Asset-Config Mgmt.
