Key Financial Professional Position

As a highly skilled and experienced accounting specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring accuracy in reporting and contributing to the overall success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Yardi software, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a real estate or property management setting. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry is essential.

Required skills include:

  • Financial Management: Utilize Yardi to oversee financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review financial reports using Yardi, including budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and portfolio performance reports.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows within Yardi.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Facilitate audits, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred. Strong analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
