We are seeking an experienced HCM specialist to drive our organization's digital transformation. This role requires expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, focusing on the modern Redwood user experience.
About the Role:- Main Responsibilities:
- Possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR and act as a key advisor for Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.
- Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
- Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
- Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines.
- Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.
- Conduct thorough testing (SIT/UAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.
- Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR.
- Familiarity with the modern Redwood user experience.
- Proven track record of managing system upgrades.
