Aries Technology seeks a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Entity Management department, you will play a critical role in negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft enterprise software agreements, software license agreements, confidentiality agreements, support and services agreements, partner agreements, and other purchasing agreements.
- Review procurement requests and negotiate vendor agreements for technology purchases, consulting agreements, and marketing services and events.
- Assist with generating responses to request for proposals, requests for information, and other similar inquiries to support pre-sales activities.
- Support legal department projects, including the development and implementation of templates, trainings, playbooks, policies, and processes around security and privacy compliance.
- Partner directly with Sales, Finance, and Ops teams to ensure alignment and efficient time to close.
- Maintain contracts database, track and manage reporting on relevant contract terms.
- Support attorneys in executing on legal team initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.
- 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house experience negotiating enterprise SaaS contracts and supporting an enterprise sales team.
- Excellent negotiating and contract drafting skills, including experience negotiating customer-drafted forms.
- Experience implementing contract lifecycle management tools.
