Senior SAP ABAP Expert Leader

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to oversee technical teams and drive end-to-end application design and development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ABAP development, specifically within the S/4 HANA environment. They should be able to lead design, development, and configuration of custom applications and solutions, as well as mentor and guide developers and junior team members.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with functional and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and align deliverables with business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SAP ABAP Development: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • S/4 HANA Expertise: Deep expertise in S/4 HANA ABAP, including CDS Views, AMDP, enhancements, and performance tuning.
  • RICEFW Development: Proven experience in RICEFW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  • SAP ODATA Services: Strong knowledge of SAP ODATA Services and integration with Fiori/UI5 applications.
  • RAP and CAP: Proficiency in RAP (Restful Application Programming) and familiarity with CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model.
  • SAP HANA Database: Good understanding of SAP HANA database principles and performance optimization strategies.
  • SAP BTP: Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Agile Methodologies: Exposure to Agile methodologies, Dev Ops tools (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops), and CI/CD pipelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
