Job Summary

Apollo Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispensing medications, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Relevant pharmacy retail experience, preferably at a supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of commercial drugs, including their properties, uses, and potential interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in pharmacy or related field preferred.
