Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will work on several Salesforce-related projects, encompassing technology-enabled business and process transformation initiatives. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing current and innovative business processes and defining strategies for transformation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Consulting: Manage project delivery, develop project plans, monitor progress, communicate status updates, and provide guidance to clients on best practices.
  • Business Development/Leadership/Strategy: Assist in proposal development, build relationships with existing clients, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and promote innovation within the team.
  • Technical/Configuration/Client Support: Provide technical guidance, configure Salesforce according to client needs, create and maintain documentation, and perform thorough testing of configurations and customizations.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage and manage internal client expectations
  • Manage competing deadlines, multiple projects simultaneously, and conflicting priorities
  • Very strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Skills in solution scoping and design, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and future-state design
  • Functional specialization and certifications in specific Salesforce modules
