We are seeking an exceptional Jira Administrator to join our team in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have outstanding technical skills and strong communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, optimizing and maintaining our Jira/Confluence environment ensuring seamless integration with other tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the Jira/Confluence environment to meet business needs.
  • Define and implement standards, workflows, dashboards and reports across projects.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums including PI Planning boards.
  • Integrate Jira with multiple tools using APIs and scripting.
  • Provide coaching, training and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure platform stability, upgrades and adoption of best practices.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Jira Administration.

Desirable Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and multitasking skills.
