Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analysis Manager at Accelya, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the people, resources, and processes of different Business Analysis teams. This team acts as a link between the Development Team and Product Management Team/Customer, gathering functional requirements and translating them to technical requirements for the development and implementation of new products and enhancements of existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain team structure and roles, hiring and onboarding Analysts, and ensuring adequate resource and talent allocation.
- Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing business priorities and requirements and introduce new processes and technology to enhance the Business Analysis service offering.
- Monitor service requests and project progress.
- Establish standards for Business Analysis, including methodologies, metrics, requirements, and tools.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst and some experience in Product Management environments.
- Good understanding of Business and Technical architectural design.
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
- IT system architecture development skills.
- Background in Airline industry.
- Knowledge of XML.
