Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement forecast and performance management processes to ensure accountability and alignment across business units.
  • Provide financial support for planning and control, P&L management, consolidation, and reporting of financial results.
  • Model, analyze, and summarize information into financial plans, operating forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and provide recommendations based on analysis performed on various aspects of actual spend vs forecast/plans.
  • Perform revenue/expense analysis at cost center level, reconciliation of accounts, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Ensure that financial operations are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate, Chartered Accountant, or MBA with 6-10 years of progressive and relevant experience in a medium or large company in related field (finance, accounting, business commerce).
  • Outstanding communication in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, Word, and other applicable software.
  • SAP (FICO and MM module) is mandatory.
  • Ability to sustain a high level of pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, communicator, autonomous with a positive attitude.
  • Team management experience.

Work Environment:

  • Travel: Domestic and maybe international.
  • Working on weekends based on financial closure requirements.
  • Ability to work in UK Shift.

  • Bangalore, India.
