Drive impactful brand campaigns by crafting compelling narratives and leveraging data-driven insights. As a Brand Strategist, you will shape strong brands that leave a lasting impression.

  • Conduct Market Research: Identify opportunities and gaps through market research and brand audits.
  • Lead Creative Direction: Guide the team in building consistent brand narratives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversight of Content Strategy: Ensure content is ideated and aligned with business objectives, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Oversee teams to ensure seamless collaboration, output quality, and timely delivery.
  • Data Analytics and Performance Measurement: Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Insights: Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and analytics platforms for reporting and presentations.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate strategies and ideas to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1–5 years in brand strategy, marketing, or related fields.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong ability to articulate ideas and present findings to various audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking, Creativity, and Analytical Ability: Balance strategic thinking, creative ideation, and analytical skills to drive successful campaigns.
  • Campaign Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading campaigns and managing teams in fast-paced environments.
