Job Title: UC Engineer

At Intellismith pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled UC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Unified Communications solutions, including Microsoft Teams, Lync 2010, and Skype for Business Server.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Microsoft Unified Communications solutions, including Microsoft Teams, Lync 2010, and Skype for Business Server.
  • Provide excellent knowledge and experience in Unified Messaging, CTI, VoIP, IP Telephony, Media Gateways, Signaling Controllers, and Mediation Server.
  • Deploy and configure Microsoft Unified Communication in multi-Forest and Resource Forest Model.
  • Configure Gateway settings, including Audio codes, Ericson, Ferrari, and Oracle Acme.
  • Integrate with Lync and Video conferencing devices, PBX, and other messaging systems.
  • Migrate from Non-Microsoft UC environment to MS UC.
  • Implement Compliance solutions, including Actiance and Native Lync archiving.
  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of high complexity networking problems.
  • Integrate with traditional voice networks, other messaging systems, IVR, and network convergence.
  • Work with Lync, CUCM, Avaya Session Manager, and other UC systems.
  • Have good knowledge of Data Networking, Voice protocols, Firewall ports, and security.
  • Understand DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
  • Have experience with Branch voice survivability, SIP Desk phone, and soft phone configuration.
  • Have good document and communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions, including Microsoft Teams, Lync 2010, and Skype for Business Server.
  • Experience in Unified Messaging, CTI, VoIP, IP Telephony, Media Gateways, Signaling Controllers, and Mediation Server.
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365 Lync online solution.
  • Deploying and configuring Microsoft Unified Communication in multi-Forest and Resource Forest Model.
  • Good knowledge of Compliance solutions, including Actiance and Native Lync archiving.
  • Good understanding of the SQL DB.
  • Good understanding of certificates and PKI.
  • Good document and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange messaging, and Unified Messaging.
