Data Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our AI-driven credit lending platform team in designing, developing, and deploying innovative credit scoring and risk assessment models.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL, with experience in Machine Learning frameworks. Proficiency in Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Cosmos DB (or equivalent cloud tools) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Azure for structured and semi-structured financial data.
  • Implement model monitoring, retraining frameworks, and governance workflows.
  • Collaborate with analysts and product owners to translate business rules into ML/AI-driven logic.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and integrate model explainability.
  • Optimize workflows for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency on Azure Cloud.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL with experience in ML frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Cosmos DB (or equivalent cloud tools).
  • Familiarity with MLOps best practices.
  • Knowledge of API design and integration.
