Job Title: Senior Embryologist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Embryologist to join our team at Hegde Healthcare Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in reproductive medicine and will be responsible for handling various aspects of embryology, including ICSI, IVF, and lab maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform ICSI and IVF procedures with high proficiency.
  2. Maintain and prepare dishes for embryology procedures.
  3. Ensure the maintenance of media and embryology lab equipment.
  4. Supervise and train junior staff members.
  5. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and team management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. A good understanding of embryology laboratory equipment and techniques is also essential.
