- We are seeking a sales consultant to join our team.
Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in working with prime vendors and implementation partners in marketing OPT, CPT, and H1B candidates.
- They must have prior demonstrated success in sales, including placement of bench consultants on projects.
- The sales consultant will search for requirements using tier one contacts and web portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Net-Temps, Job Serve, Computer Jobs, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.
- They will negotiate with recruiters regarding rates and submit consultants at best rates.
- The sales consultant will interact with tier one vendors, bring new vendors to the company, call prime vendors, develop corporate account relationships, present consultants, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- They will work actively with consultants to format resumes for neatness according to company standards.
- The sales consultant will keep track records of rate confirmations, make follow-ups about submissions, maintain a track progress of each submittal during the process, follow up with vendors on interview schedules, and coordinate between consultants and vendors.
- They will maintain a database of rolled-off consultants, get their resumes ready, and keep track of contract details such as project extensions, start, and end dates for existing resources.
- The sales consultant will create and maintain assignment track sheets according to company standards and submit them to the Team Leader.
