Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our MAUI Android development team in India.

With at least 8-10 years of experience in software development, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving technical innovation.

The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of C# and Android development, with expertise in modern software architectures and cloud technologies such as Azure.

In addition, they will have experience with migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms and be well-versed in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications.

The responsibilities of this role include understanding existing systems, migrating shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with the Windows environment, designing and implementing a modern mobile UI/UX layer, problem-solving and innovation, team collaboration, code quality and unit testing, and providing technical leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and understanding current applications, including business logic, workflows, and technical constraints.
  • Migrating shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with the Windows environment.
  • Contributing to architectural decisions during development due to the absence of a finalized design.
  • Identifying migration challenges and proposing effective technical solutions.
  • Designing and implementing a modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.
  • Tackling complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrating adaptability in dynamic and evolving technical environments.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Guiding team members in solving technical problems and overcoming development hurdles.
