Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing digital applications for global clients using the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, design, development, unit testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform as part of an Agile cadence.
  • Build custom solutions on the platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
  • Implement standard Salesforce functionality, including sharing rules, roles, profiles, workflow, process builder, and flows to create efficient solutions.
  • Execute integration testing with Apex test classes and maintain maximum code coverage.
  • Develop triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs while adhering to best coding standards.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices to scale implementations across multiple business units.
  • Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems through custom APIs or middleware tools.
  • Work on production incident debugging, analysis, bug fixes, service requests, data loads, minor/major enhancements.
  • Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members.
  • Assist in increasing the efficiency of our sales organization and scaling our sales systems for rapid growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
  • Experience with Marketing applications (e.g., Marketo).
  • Experience in CTI integration (e.g., InContact).
  • Relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer in Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Experience working on development of Sales Cloud instances for mid-market or enterprise-size companies.
  • Using declarative versus programmatic methods and extending the Lightning Platform using Apex and Lightning web components.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and personally building Lightning pages for enhanced end-user experiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST & SOAP API, JSON & XML, etc.).
  • Experience using Apex Data loader.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines, and governor limits.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
