Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. They will also provide expert guidance and support on HCM Cloud business processes and data flow. Additionally, they will be involved in the design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases of HCM implementations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 6-10 years of experience in HCM, with a strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow. You should also have expertise in Oracle Time & Labor Functional Modules and have been a part of at least 7 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 4 of those being with HCM Cloud. Strong communication, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills are also essential. Finally, you should be able to work effectively in client-facing roles, interact with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
