HubSpot Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of HubSpot Designer/Front-end Developer & Designer.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for designing landing pages, custom modules, and website pages on our platform to meet marketing and sales requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences for leads and customers.
  • Optimize pages for SEO, including metadata, headings, and keyword usage.
  • Build and maintain custom modules, templates, and themes within our platform using HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Design and prototype web pages using Figma/XD, then build and deploy them in our platform.
  • Create visually engaging marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and website content while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience through intuitive layouts and navigation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage the creation, publishing, and organization of marketing content in our platform (blogs, web pages, downloadable resources).
  • Ensure all platform assets are responsive and display correctly across devices and screen sizes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, headings).
  • Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web assets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to balance functionality and aesthetics.
