Job Title: Senior Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our finance and accounting functions. This individual will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and relevant regulations.
  • Proven experience in handling day-to-day GST & TDS compliance matters.
  • Preparation of GST-related workings for filing of GST returns.
  • Management of GST annual audit and preparation of all relevant GST reconciliations.
  • Oversight of day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts receivable, payroll etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Compilation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Development of financial plans and budgets, monitoring performance against budget, and analyzing variances.
  • Collaboration with external auditors to share required audit data.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting for Inventory and Fixed Assets.
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA preferred for this role.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
