Head of Philanthropy

Lead the development of a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the organization's philanthropic efforts.

• Develop and implement an annual fundraising plan with clear short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other funding sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enrichment and augmentation of fundraising initiatives.

• Master's degree in business, social sciences, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles.
• Proven track record of building and augmenting national networks of diverse donor support.
• Strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and executive presence.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
