We design, build and manage homes and commercial buildings with care and precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing efficient HVAC systems.

2. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards and other relevant regulations.">
3. Sole responsibility for designing HVAC systems in high-rise residential, commercial and hospitality projects.">
4. Calculate heating and cooling needs accurately.">
5. Design efficient HVAC systems.">
6. Propose new products, technologies and design improvements with feasibility studies.">
7. Evaluate various options and provide recommendations.">
8. Propose energy-saving and environmentally friendly designs and products.">
9. Calculate ventilation requirements.">
10. Determine budgetary costs for heating and cooling systems.">
11. Collaborate with architects and other discipline engineers to design heating and cooling systems.">
12. Study and understand architectural and structural drawings.">
13. Provide detailed input for preparation of quality drawings.">
14. Monitor progress and quality of drawings till GFC stage.">
15. Identify discrepancies in architectural and structural drawings and inform architects within 2 working days.">
16. Prepare concept designs based on final architectural drawings.">
17. Prepare documents for sanction purposes as per codes and local norms.">
18. Attend design review meetings.">
19. Obtain sign-off on concept designs before proceeding to detail design.">
20. Prepare Design Brief reports.">
21. Detail design as per approved concept and scheme.">
22. Check drawings along with checklist.">
23. Submit drawings as per commitments.">
24. Prepare HVAC duct routes and equipment layouts in Revit/BIM.">
25. Detail duct routes, BOM preparation in Revit/BIM.">
26. Prepare all HVAC drawings using Revit/BIM software.">
27. Prepare BOQ/estimate/technical specification/approved make along with takeoff sheets.">
28. Prepare tender drawings, specifications, BOM for floating tenders.">
29. Conduct technical evaluation of tenders and rate/recommend vendors.">
30. Conduct quality checks and inspections at site during different stages of construction.">
31. Obtain LEED/IGBC certification for the building.">
32. Review shop drawings and technical data sheets.">
33. Maintain documentation of all design materials and drawings.">
34. Hand over inspection as per requirements.">
35. Use specialized software to create designs and drawings of products.">
36. Prepare equipment manuals/maintenance booklets for site teams.">
37. Develop As-Built drawings with in-house team.">
38. Construction Administration: Evaluate test reports and oversee construction of HVAC systems of all projects.">
39. Review equipment and material submittals.">
40. Assist and resolve HVAC issues during/after construction.">
41. Complete construction visits and address issues related to HVAC systems.">
42. Compliance: Comply with all relevant standards and procedures.">
43. Ensure compliance with project timelines.">
44. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with teams and departments to aid in architectural and engineering design.">
45. Engage with other teams during design and construction periods.">
46. Education/Experience:">

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years experience OR Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years experience.">
• Working knowledge of Revit.">">

A professional with a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and proven track record in leading HVAC design teams is required for this role.
