Project Delivery Excellence Specialist

As a Project Delivery Excellence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to mitigate all business, operational, contractual, technology, and people risks before the start of project delivery.

The purpose of this role is to ensure optimal client engagement and achievable business objectives through effective project management. To achieve this, you will need to create and implement a Delivery Assurance framework for a Business Unit or Service Line, develop, review, and execute the Delivery Assurance Governance and Compliance framework.

You will also be responsible for establishing a DA strategic roadmap and guidelines including performance parameters for the team to mitigate all possible issues and business risks. Additionally, you will drive capability within the team through product and process training of the relevant delivery teams.

Furthermore, you will align and review the project/program management plan with compliance to enable terms of delivery execution. You will need to understand the operational challenges that are bounded with the product and the way it is sold to clients and customers.

Moreover, you will define and tighten the scope of delivery with the client in the agreement to upkeep the revenue and reputation of the organization.
