Financial Professional Opportunity

This role involves supporting financial operations and business analytics functions, offering exposure to international clients and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to day-to-day finance operations, including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial and incentive-related reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Support monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.
Operational & Financial Analytics
  • Develop performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.
Candidate Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible to work in Indian shifts with occasional support during US hours.
