Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to design, implement and manage personalized experiences and A/B testing campaigns across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Adobe Target implementations for various customer-facing applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Target features and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including setting up personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular or Vue.js preferred).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEM).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating Adobe Target with Martech tools (Salesforce CRM, Marketo etc.).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation techniques.
