About the Design Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX process from research to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Conduct user research and apply insights to refine design solutions, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

Key Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and enhance customer engagement.
  • Create scalable UX systems tailored to user behavior, reducing friction and improving overall experience.
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and create immersive experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
