We are seeking a meticulous SAP Executive to oversee end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Purchase Orders within the SAP environment.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in the SAP MM module and have strong knowledge of supply chain or store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials.
  • Verify PO and invoice details for accurate entries.
  • Collaborate with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Execute GI transactions in SAP.
  • Ensure proper material movement type usage.
  • Maintain accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.
  • Create and manage PRs in SAP based on departmental requirements.
  • Cross-check PR status and ensure timely conversion to PO.
  • Create, modify, and track purchase orders in SAP.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery.
  • Monitor open POs and follow up for order closures or changes.
  • Generate reports on GRN, GI, and PO status.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
