Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring business for EBL, LAP, and Business Loans products at locations and ensuring 100% collection every month.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for achieving provided targets for locations.
  • Ensure Branch and Team Targets for Loan products are met, and sales are increased to enhance profitability.
  • Analyze the market, including competitors and consumers, to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide Housing Loans, Loans Against Property, and Gold Loans to customers.
  • Coordinate and report to the Area Sales Manager, while handling a team.
  • Ensure 100% portfolio collection and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track the implementation of defined processes.
  • Initiate marketing and promotional activities for the location.
  • Direct and coordinate various marketing, sales, and relationship-building activities.
  • Review and approve loan application documents.
  • Manage the loan origination process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the branch.
  • Follow SOPs for loan documents collection and storage.

We require:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Graduation or Post-Graduation degree.
