Red Teaming Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Red Teaming Specialist to join our team of subject matter experts. As a member of our global team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities.

You will be responsible for identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in generative AI. This includes extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking, as well as specific project guidelines and requirements.

  • Crafting clever and sneaky prompts to bypass filters and guardrails on LLMs, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by our clients.
  • Collaborating closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce the best possible work.
  • Assisting data scientists to conduct automated model attacks.
  • Adapting to dynamic project needs and navigating shifting guidelines and requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with evolving capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs and contributing to team methods evolution.
  • Meeting productivity targets, including number of prompts written and average handling time per prompt.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, and the ability to adopt different voices and points of view.

A Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required. Creative thinking, strong attention to detail, and well-honed internet research skills are also essential.
