Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in our Private Equity team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate books and records and calculating the Net Asset Values of funds.
  • Coordinating and reviewing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics and quarterly reporting.
  • Calculating carried interests, performance fees, and incentive fees.
  • Coordinating investor allocations for capital calls and distributions.
  • Reviewing partner capital account statements.
  • Managing payments and transactions.
  • Supervising production analysts and ensuring timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
  • Acting as a primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting for financial services sectors, particularly private equity.
  • Experience in reviewing financial statements.
  • Proficiency with enterprise accounting systems.
  • Working knowledge of Investran or similar software.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, tables, formatting, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables, and pivot reporting.
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills.
  • Desirable educational qualifications include B.com or CA (Inter/Final).
