Sales Consultant

At Actics Technologies Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for handling and supporting the full cycle of bench sales recruitment.
We require an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can effectively interact with vendors and clients, negotiate rates, and place consultants in projects.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of skill, will, and stability concerns of candidates and be able to identify their needs and get them into projects quickly.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from INR 15,000-25,000 (Plus Incentive) per month, depending on the candidate's performance.
This is a night-shift position, requiring the candidate to work between 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Central Time Working hours 8AM to 5PM CST). The applicant should be willing to work flexible hours and be result-driven.
The job requires the candidate to possess excellent negotiation skills, be aggressive in getting submittals, and have a go-getter attitude. Some training will be provided, but the candidate must be able to learn on their own and continuously improve.
Key responsibilities include editing, updating, and formatting resumes to match consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting to clients. The candidate should also be able to build up new business contacts and develop new market segments.
We are looking for a qualified candidate who has completed graduation, is local to Nagpur, and does not have any plans to study or pursue other jobs. The candidate should be no older than 35 years and have a strong ability to understand the skill, will, and stability concerns of candidates.
