Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of the product development process, you will play a critical role in crafting compelling digital products that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors through rigorous analysis and evaluation.
  • Develop and design intuitive user interfaces that effectively communicate design concepts and support product ideation.
  • Organize complex information in an efficient manner for users to navigate, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Present and articulate design thinking to stakeholders, conduct regular design reviews, and capture feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Apply human-centered design methods and industry-leading accessibility standards to create inclusive, innovative B2B banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to understand technical and business aspects of products and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the design workload and ensure timely delivery of products within an Agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A professional portfolio or website showcasing UX/UI design work.
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking industry, with a focus on end-to-end product design.
  • 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams, with expertise in communication and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating cohesive, visually appealing product experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Skill in understanding and communicating design and technical trade-offs.
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
