Job Overview:

The Senior Art Director will lead the creative vision across campaigns and projects, ensuring strong visual storytelling that connects with audiences and aligns with brand strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creative Direction: Conceptualize and design campaign ideas, branding, and content for digital and offline platforms
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the design team, mentoring junior and mid-level designers to enhance their skills
  • Collaboration: Partner with copywriters and strategists to bring integrated campaign ideas to life through effective teamwork
  • Visual Consistency: Oversee visual consistency across projects and ensure brand guidelines are maintained to preserve brand integrity
  • Presentation: Present creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders confidently to drive project success
  • Industry Staying Current: Stay updated on industry design trends, AI tools, and techniques to integrate them into workflows and enhance creativity and efficiency
  • Productivity Monitoring: Monitor design team productivity, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and contribute to overall team profitability
Requirements:
  • A Strong Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and campaign work
  • Expertise in Creative Tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation basics
  • Leveraging AI for ideation, design, and productivity
  • Balancing Creativity with business and brand objectives to deliver results-driven solutions
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, and client presentation skills to engage stakeholders
  • Resource Management: Understanding of resource management and the ability to drive results through effective project planning and execution
