Job Title: Senior Manager, IT Applications

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications. The position requires strategic planning, governance, integration, and data management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment, configuration, upgrades, integration, and performance optimization of all enterprise applications.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of academic and administrative applications.
  • Lead issue resolution, incident management, and root cause analysis for application-related problems.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with academic leaders and administrative heads to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison with application vendors and service providers.
  • Lead user adoption initiatives, including training and support.

Strategic Planning Governance:

  • Define and execute the application roadmap in alignment with institutional digital transformation goals.
  • Establish governance standards, documentation, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Recommend and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance teaching, learning, and operations.

Integration Data Management:

  • Drive seamless integration of CRM SIS LMS ERP HRMS, and other systems.
  • Ensure data integrity consistency, and accessibility across platforms.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy cybersecurity, and higher education regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline Master's preferred.
  • Around 15 years of progressive experience in IT application management ideally in higher education or large enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in managing Salesforce CRM ERP Finance & HR SIS LMS Library Management and related systems.
  • Strong experience in application integration vendor management, and IT governance.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, and managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance, and digital transformation best practices.
