Sr. Fullstack Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to lead our AI Agents platform development, leveraging expertise in Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain our AI Agents platform, ensuring scalability and high-quality user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Build and deploy AI Agents to support various use cases across the organisation, prioritizing seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide constructive technical feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive product excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar development role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Strong commitment to automated testing (unit and functional tests).
  • Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
