We require candidates with at least 10 years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, or hazardous process industries.

Candidates must possess advanced knowledge and practical application of risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, QRA, and What-If studies.

The selected candidate will be expected to design new or modify existing process systems, equipment, and control schemes for greenfield and brownfield projects.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, QRA, and What-If studies, ensuring robust process safety standards in Plants.
  • Implement and oversee Management of Change (MOC) procedures to ensure changes are safely managed and documented.
  • Lead incident investigations related to process safety; identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
  • Audit, develop, and review Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure mechanical integrity of critical process equipment through regular assessments.
  • Facilitate and deliver process safety training to plant personnel, promoting awareness and best practices across all levels.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Production, Mechanical, E&I, Project, Safety) to achieve seamless project execution.
