Oracle SOA Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to support integration and technical development needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, Develop, and Support Integrations: Create and maintain integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST), and JSON/XML-based solutions.
    • Perform Independent Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
    • Develop and Customize RICE Components: Use PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts to develop and customize Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
    • Work on HRMS Modules: Focus on Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, and Advanced Benefits.
    • Build and Maintain Interfaces: Integrate EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
    • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Independently troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues with minimal support.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with a strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams.
