AEM Frontend Developer Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced frontend developer to join our digital experience team in a key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend components using AEM Sites.
  • Integrate AEM with React/Angular for enhanced user interfaces and seamless interactions.
  • Work closely with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries to deliver high-quality web experiences.
  • Collaborate with backend AEM developers and designers to implement dynamic and responsive web features that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications with excellent front-end development skills.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 3 years of front-end development experience with React.js or Angular.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with AEM client libraries, Sightly (HTL), Sling models, and component development is essential.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats is necessary.
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS solutions is highly valued.
