Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement skill development programs that cater to the needs of the youth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to program participants to ensure their successful completion of programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in skill development and make recommendations for incorporation into programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, social work, community development).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
