About This Role:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our audit engagements. As an Audit Manager, you will work closely with our team of accounting professionals to plan and execute audits, reviews, or compilations. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations for clients in real estate, technology, and financial services sectors.
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, including staffing, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.
  • Supervision and support of engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.
  • Collaboration with engagement team partners on client issue resolution and recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
  • Management of multiple engagements concurrently, meeting client deadlines efficiently.
  • Creation and tracking of engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies.
  • Conducting constructive discussions with team members on evaluations and providing counsel accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA preferred.
  • At least 7+ years of public accounting experience, leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
  • Experience auditing real estate, technology, and financial services clients preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
