Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Labtech Innovations in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources principles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
