Key Responsibilities
  • Autocad Expertise: Develop exceptional Autocad knowledge and drafting skills to create detailed CAD drawings and elevations.
  • Interior Elements: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge about interior elements and building structures.
  • Design Formulation: Formulate designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
  • Layout Design: Well-versed with designing corporate and residential layouts, including preparing BOQs and conducting site visits.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure quality of design timeline management, with an extreme attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.

Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience on commercial and hospitality interiors, with a track record of delivering outstanding high-quality design, excellent decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of materials and technical drawings.
