IAM Product Lead

This is a highly strategic role focused on managing user access to information assets while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of identity protocols such as OIDC, OAuth, SAML, and authentication technologies like Step-Up, Passwordless login, and CIAM/IAM systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine the department's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage products across various environments, ensuring availability, scalability, and stability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance products and advocate for features that address security needs and improve the customer experience.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and requirements, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and security best practices, actively participating in security incident response planning and execution.

Requirements:- A minimum of 8 years of related experience in the IAM field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading product life cycles from discovery to delivery.

- Familiarity with identity protocols and authentication technologies.
