**Job Title:** Merchandiser for Sourcing & Production

We are seeking a seasoned merchandiser to lead our sourcing and production efforts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vendor management, supply chain operations, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors to secure best pricing, margins, and product quality.
  • Coordinate daily with vendors for production updates and ensure timely delivery of garments.
  • Visit factories for production follow-ups, quality checks, and monitoring production status.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationship management with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of denim sourcing & production.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management and supply chain operations.
