Brand Strategist

Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that position and promote our brands, products, and services. You'll work closely with our growth, creative, social, website, SEO, sales, content, copywriting, and user experience teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our leadership team to refine our brand's positioning and ensure it's ready for future competition.
• Develop and manage our brand strategy, planning, and overall management.
• Cultivate innovation by spearheading the development of a robust pipeline of new product development (NPD) aligned with our brand strategy and category insights.
• Oversee our visual and verbal identity, ensuring it aligns with our positioning and maintains consistent application across all customer touchpoints.
• Identify and capitalize on trends and insights to optimize expenditures and performance.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate novel and imaginative strategies for growth.
• Assess emerging technologies and offer visionary perspectives on their adoption when suitable.
• Ensure a unified brand message resonates across all platforms consistently.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or advertising.
• 4-8 years of experience in brand strategy and solving communication challenges.
• Great problem-solving skills with the ability to think linearly and non-linearly.
• Ability to identify long-term trends through qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience working with performance marketing, attribution, and CRM platforms.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
