MUFG Global Service Private Limited:
Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is a 100% subsidiary of MUFG with offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India serves as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions like IT, KYC/AML, Credit, Operations, etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally.
About the Role:
This role plays a key part in driving positive client experience and operational efficiency efforts while acting as a liaison between stakeholder groups involved in transaction delivery, including front office, compliance, and operational teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Registration & verification process of Transaction Banking products and services such as GCMS Plus, FOREX, Trade Manager.
- Responsibilities include server registrations for different product platforms like COMSUITE, MBCC (AS400), GPS & GPH, covering new customer onboarding setups and existing customer maintenance requests such as account/user maintenance.
- Support and contribute to projects enhancing operational efficiency for administrative work and tasks within Transaction Banking.
- Collaborate with the line manager in conducting daily operations with great attention to accuracy and detail.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Ensure high-quality client experience and reduce process/documentary redundancies to maintain client satisfaction.
- Support and educate clients on various products of the Bank and serve as an advisor for solutions.
Technical Capabilities:
- Analyse clients' perspectives and determine positive or negative behaviour for opportunities to gain agreement.
- Apply questioning skills for in-depth analysis of attitudes, situations, problems, and priorities to determine optimum strategies.
- Foster collaborative working relationships across the organization.
- Identify and manage both transactional and operational risks.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Profile:
- A sound knowledge of various products like Trade finance, Remittances, Bank Guarantees & General Banking.
- Client Service Experience required.
- Knowledge of Transaction banking products and services, including GCMS Plus, Forex, Trade Manager, is important.
- Product platforms knowledge, including Comsuite, MBCC (AS400), GPS, GPH, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of experience in Banking or Financial organisations.
