AI Model Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design, develop and deploy advanced machine learning models. This role involves developing and fine-tuning large language models for diverse enterprise applications.

About the Role
  • This position requires hands-on experience in AI/ML development, specifically with generative AI technologies like transformer architectures.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a working knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or Databricks.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant ML libraries.
  2. Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using pipelines like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG.
  3. Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and architects to productionize AI solutions.
  4. Leverage CI/CD pipelines for efficient model deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML & Generative AI development.
  • Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations.
  • Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, and ML/DL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer architectures.
  • Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate.
  • Experience with AutoGPT, CrewAI, or other agent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Databricks ML tools.
  • Awareness of AI security, responsible AI, and model governance.
