About This Role

This is a high-visibility position for professionals passionate about ensuring strong governance, resilience, and third-party oversight in a global financial environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager (AVP level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls, risk remediation, and vendor compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiations: Lead commercial & non-commercial third-party negotiations.
  • Controls Remediation: Drive controls remediation initiatives across Third-Party Risk, Cybersecurity, Operational Resilience, and People Risk.
  • SOC Reports: Review, interpret, and respond to technical queries on SOC reports.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with mandatory regulatory frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor risk governance & regulatory alignment.
  • Audits & Regulatory Reviews: Provide subject matter expertise during audits and regulatory reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Total Experience: 10–12 years of total experience with a strong background in controls, risk remediation, and vendor compliance management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle complex negotiations with third-party vendors.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • SOC Report Review: Hands-on experience in reviewing & explaining SOC reports.
