Job Description

Data Scientist/Senior Data Scientist

Job Location: Hybrid

Shift Timing: 1:00PM IST – 10:30 PM IST

Experience: 5-7yrs

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in data science/data analytics role with end-to-end understanding of ML project development & implementation
  • Proficient in Machine Learning (Diagnostic, Prescriptive & Predictive modelling), NLP, SQL, Python, MS Excel, MLOps basics
  • Hands-on experience in cloud stacks: AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Good understanding of Probability & Statistics
  • Good to have experience in LTV modeling, RFM modeling, audience clustering, personalization engine etc.
  • Google Analytics experience is good to have
  • Candidates with experience in digital media & digital marketing analytics will be preferred
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should not have a notice period of more than 30 days/immediate joiners preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from Tier I/II colleges preferred (Post Graduation – Good to have, not mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively own & manage client deliverables
  • Analyze large & complex data sets to derive valuable insights
  • Data collation, processing, cleaning & transformation along with feature engineering and model development
  • Model training, evaluation & fine tuning
  • Create solution design architectures for ML use cases
  • Deploy models for consumption
  • Ensure output's thorough quality check & provide analytics driven insights and next steps in involved project(s)
  • Develop & implement various customer segmentation, LTV & marketing campaign optimization models
  • Should have experience with statistical model building
  • Effectively engage with client & translate client business requirements into equivalent analytical problems
  • Understand data and different platforms used by the client
  • Actively contribute towards design methodology for problem solving & mentor juniors in the team
  • Can work hands-on independently
